Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for shipping, although shipments to remote areas may take a little longer.
Note that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays, and we do not ship to PO Boxes.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order at all times.
If the courier company are unable to find anyone to take the parcel when they try to deliver it, they will attempt to redeliver it on another day. If the delivery is not successful again, the courier company will call the contact number provided in the order information in order to arrange a time and date for the delivery.

Duties & customs
There is no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unexpected charges.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
